| Ms. Meishuang Huang was appointed by the Board to Chair and Chief Executive Officer in June of 2019. Ms. Huang had been employed at the China Ceramics’ Treasury Department from August 2008 to August 2013. From September 2013 to June 2019, she was employed as the assistant to the founder and former CEO of China Ceramics, Mr. Jiadong Huang. Ms. Huang is the daughter of Mr. Huang. Ms. Huang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from JiMei University, Xiamen, and also holds a postgraduate diploma from the Executive Development Program from Xiamen University. |
